It is a work with a methodology that is very oiled result of years of work of technicians of the Chain actors (State, Industry and Production). These data are published regularly on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iapuco.org.ar\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.iapuco.org.ar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It is interesting to observe the evolution that has taken the distribution of the price of gondola mix of milk (expressed in pesos per equivalent litres of the various destinations of the dairy local). In the graph below we see how the participation of the producer went from 31% in January 2015 to 22% in December 2015, while the rest of the actors in the Chain have increased their participation significantly, supporting their businesses at the expense of the weakest link. The months of November and December also experienced increases accumulated of 7.4% on the price mix of October, distancing even more at the tambero of the gondola.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
