\"la-gondola-de-quesos\"In the last publication developed by the Observatory Dairy Institute teachers college costs (IAPUCO), we can observe the distribution of the prices of gondola between the stakeholders of the Dairy Chain to argentina for the month of September 2016.<\/p>\n

We estimate that continue the trend of recovery and placed it on the share values of the year 2014 (pre-crisis), the price of milk to the producer would be located between the 5 $\/lt who would pay the gondola of cheeses and 6 $\/lt. that would pay the participation in the price of the gondola of the sachet. We remind you that the milk flowing and the cheeses include around 70% of the destinations of milk processing to argentina.<\/p>\n
