As we can see in the chart below, the domestic consumption during the 2016 was only 14 lt\/hab\/year, less than the year 2015. This represents a 5% decrease in the consumption of milk per capita. The same conclusion arises from the curves of billing for the sale of dairy products in supermarkets (where it is marketed 29% of the processed products) that accompanied him and remained up-in the analysis on - the successive price rises in the gondola of the last year and a half.<\/p>\n<p>The indicator itself manifests a significant weight in the equation of the dairy business of the chain all is the sharp drop in exports to the 2016 represented -34% with respect to 2014, the year prior to the crisis. 2016 closed with a mere 17% of exported\/produced, and the foreign trade was smaller volume exported from the past 15 years.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2297 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dairylando.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/consumo-2016.jpg\" alt=\"Consumo 2016\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>MINAGRI: Apparent Consumption<\/h5>\n<p>By analyzing the consumption per product and per capita\/year, we see a fall of 8.6% (difference is due to the estimation formulae of litres to as the products):<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
