The problem of the drums affected by waterlogging is added to the precarious situation in which a good part of the large local industry that do not react to the perceived scarcity of milk.<\/p>\n<p>To give an idea of the magnitude of the stagnation, we compare in the chart <em>Relative recovery of the price<\/em>, the relative evolution of the price received by the tambero in the 28 months of the last two crises:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2468 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dairylando.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/recuperacion-del-precio.jpg\" alt=\"Recuperacion del precio\" width=\"479\" height=\"275\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Does not seem reasonable to attribute the slow recovery of the local price in the international market of milk and whey powder (in 2016, the milk powder -36%-, whey powder -22%- and the skim milk powder -16%-, accounted for 74% of the total exported volume). In the graph <em>Producer price and FOB Price LPE<\/em> (milk powder), we observed the evolution of the values of a series of 17 years, covering two periods of the last crisis. Although there is a high correlation between the two series (r2= 0,87) the evolution of the external market in the crisis of 2001, he was with a slope much less marked than the current one.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2473 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dairylando.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/precio-productor-y-lpe.jpg\" alt=\"Precio productor y LPE\" width=\"594\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dairylando.com\/en\/acerca-de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marcos Snyder<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las perspectivas para recuperar la producci\u00f3n global no son alentadoras.
