En esta breve nota pondremos en una tabla ordenada por quinquenio informaci\u00f3n que explica la evoluci\u00f3n de los sistemas de producci\u00f3n de leche en Argentina en los \u00faltimos 34 a\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n agregamos una estimaci\u00f3n para el a\u00f1o 2020 y una proyecci\u00f3n para los 10 a\u00f1os que se vienen…el 2030. Los datos de tambos y vacas son tomados de la informaci\u00f3n brindada por SENASA, pero a partir de la informaci\u00f3n actual aportada por el SIGLeA redujimos en 1.000 el dato SENASA reduciendo la info a tambos comerciales. La proyecci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de tambos hacia el futuro asume la tasa de desaparici\u00f3n actual de -0.7% anual. En lo que respecta a las vacas, estamos apostando por un cambio de tendencia estimando un crecimiento a partir de 2025 de +0.5% anual (el ritmo del crecimiento del rodeo Holstein de EEUU). Esto es un tema clave para estimar evoluci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n ya que la producci\u00f3n individual viene creciendo pero pronto se ralentizar\u00e1 alcanzando un techo. \"Proyeccion<\/p>\n

En v\u00edsperas de elecciones que podr\u00edan cambiar significativamente algunos drivers<\/em> de la producci\u00f3n local, estimar producci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s problem\u00e1tico que de costumbre…pero necesitamos ver para adelante!<\/p>\n
