According to the last GAIN Report issued by the USDA for China on 16/Nov/2016, due to the high costs of production, the fall in production and the maintenance of the pattern of consumption of chinese, it is expected an increase of +15% of chinese imports of milk powder (LPE) for the year 2017 with respect to 2016 (460,000 by ton versus 400.000). For the skim milk powder (LPD), the projection estimated that it will remain at the same level as in 2016 (to 180,000 tons).
