According to the latest report SENASA (march 2019) vaccination of-mouth disease at the end of 2018 recorded the lowest number of cows in the series (including years prior to 2010), and 0.75 heads of breeding (calves + heifers) per Cow Total (milk + dry). This last number -0,75 - is low and is also making a missing and should be close to 1 head of breeding for each cow in total.
By the end of 2018 the provinces of Córdoba, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires accounted for 90% of the national rodeo. Interesting is the fact that Cordoba is the province with the largest number of dairy farms confined in Argentina.
The match of San Justo, Cordoba with 212.226 cows has the highest density of dairy in the country, followed by Spanish, Colonies, San Cristobal, Santa Fe, Union (Córdoba) and Trenque Lauquen, Buenos Aires.
