
In a significant encounter of old friends, who had the privilege of witnessing, they gathered for lunch the referents of the dairy that came before us. In the photo that sums up this feast of anecdotes, confessions, surveys and advice we see Luis Marcenaro, Mariano Mendizábal, Cesar Fraga, Alberto Lesser...and the witness invited Mark Snyder.

This generation of technicians shone between the 70's and 80'sall were advisers to groups CREATES and participated in the construction of the technical foundations of dairy production on which is currently deployed to the activity in Argentina. Developed its activity with no calculators, no cell phones or laptops, no internet, and no groups of Whatsapp!...but with great dedication and passion. His curiosity continues intact and follow with interest the technological evolution of the systems of production that they knew from the drum by hand transicionaron the milking mechanical (in the infographic that follows we colored in green, the period of his greatest professional activity). It is noteworthy that Luis Marcenaro continue contributing to the sector through its journal Produce XXI and are cross-referenced with him on how much of a day dairy is organized out there.
