In times of a pandemic that run, we look at how to evolve the prices of dairy products to the consumer and also the price of the raw material. The INDEC published the CPI in April 2020, and the prices in the list are already affected by the forced isolation. We note the strong increase of the price of the cheese, and negative evolution for the butter and fresh milk. The milk powder in version 800 gr relieving the INDEC 2 months ago that has no price (///), products until February 2020 (last informed by MINAGRI) its development was +24% higher than in February 2019. The cheeses are dairy products that are more adjusted prices, while the butter and fresh milk have ceded ground (in both cases, the demand has been maintained and even increased):
We also observed that the value of fresh milk sold in GBA (published with data) is the smallest compared with the rest of the geographic regions:
Finally we conclude that except for the water, the milk is the drink of lower cost:
