
Milk prices to the Producer in the world
In a survey that we carried out looking at how you pay for the milk to the dairy producer in Argentina and the rest of the world. In the graphs that follow, we will see the price received by the producers in several countries expressing the value of the raw material to industrialize in usd per liter and per kilogram of solid useful (meaning by this, % HIS, to the sum of the % fat + % of milk protein). The price values were taken from the portal of the Italian consulting in milk economy founded by Angelo Rossi, www.clal.it using the latest available at the time of this analysis, in march 2021.
The values compositional milks of each country were taken from various sources descriptive of each dairy local.


Argentina is the 14th-largest producer of bovine milk, the 5th largest exporter of dairy products in the world and 3rd largest exporter of milk powder behind New Zealand and the european bloc. Their producers receive the lowest price for the milk they produce, is to analyze in dollars per liter, or dollars per pound of solids useful, with which they could be considered to be the most efficient on the planet.
