There are things that are going on

Things measurable and concrete are going through, that put pressure on the systems of production. The temperature contrast between the northern and southern hemispheres, called asymmetry of temperature interhemispheric (ATI) did not show a significant trend during the most part of the TWENTIETH century, however, began a steep upward trend (looking at a warming of the northern hemisphere faster than the south) from 1980. The southern hemisphere not only has lower consumption of fossil fuel, but it has 81% of its surface covered in water, which attenuates the variation of temperature observed intensely in the northern hemisphere.

Many of the changes to the climate are actually happening, but for many others, are estimated to be very far distant future, and on the effects mentioned for the coming decades there is a lot of scientific uncertainty. Therefore, the adaptation to the climate change that the company may consider feasible is reduced to those changes in the immediate future and on which there is scientific uncertainty.
In the agricultural sector there is an adaptation in the course of type autonomous in function of the climatic changes that are already happening, such as, for example, in the following chart, we see the displacement of the pattern of rainfall motivating strongly grow in the surface with corn late.

Specifically in the sector of primary production of milk, there is a process of incorporation of new technologies aimed at mitigating the negative impacts of these scenarios unfavorable. Scenarios that are summarized in extreme events more frequent, mostly due to lack or excess rainfall. In this sense there is a group of 500 dairy farmers entrepreneurs who are setting the trend towards the intensification accompanied by technology. Are tambos large that produce more than 10,000 lt/d, representing 6% of the tanks total and contribute up to 32% of the milk volume total in Argentina.
Why intensifies?
There are many reasons for the intensification of production, and we highlight the costs that are expressed in litres of milk/hectare, are growing at a rate of +3% per year and that is not growing, it is left out. In addition, the price of the land also increases, and thus the rents and competition with agriculture. Increase the scale allows you to dilute costs and today there is technology available to facilitate drive more cows efficiently.

There are many dairy farms in this rally to grow stayed with outdated fixtures without remodeling capacity, forcing a rethink of a change. Added to this are that we should already give a response to new legislation of pig manure management for the world poses to reduce Carbon footprint, this indicator that estimates how much it affects the environment, the activity that we carry forward.
The milk producers permanently “living in the trench,” and only those who can articulate a thought entrepreneur will be able to see a little beyond the current situation, and able to tailor your drum to the challenges posed by the world today.
The production of cow's milk is going to fall in the per capita supply year (see chart Evolution of milk production world). The countries of the European Union are going to fall in milk production due to the environmental restrictions that were being imposed, while the demand for dairy products will continue to grow. An opportunity for those who can turn themselves and move towards the future.
