There are basically two ways to achieve growth in milk production in the dairy business. It grows with the production and/or individual grows milking greater number of cows. The problem, which is key to the dairy local, is the very strong difficulty in increasing the campus of dairy cows in the country, which averages for the past 10 years a negative rate of 0.5 percent. As a reference we should know that during the same period the rate of growth in the number of cows in New Zealand has been +2.7% and the united States-more-like - argentina +0,2%.
