In this brief note we will put in a table sorted by quinquennium information that explains the evolution of systems of milk production in Argentina in the last 34 years. We also added an estimate for the year 2020 and a projection for the 10 years that are to come...2030. The data of dairy farms and cows are taken from the information provided by SENASA, but from the current information provided by the SIGLeA reduced in 1,000, the data SENASA reducing the info to dairy business. The projection of the number of drums towards the future assumes the rate of disappearance current -0.7% per year. In regards to the cows, we are betting on a change of trend by estimating a growth from 2025 +0.5% per year (the rate of growth of the rodeo Holstein USA). This is a key issue to estimate the evolution of production as individual production is growing but soon it will slow down, reaching a ceiling. 
On the eve of elections that could significantly change some drivers of the local production, to estimate production is more problematic than usual...but we need to see to go!
