In the absence of publication of the global data of MINAGRI with respect to the evolution of milk production at the national level, we plot the milk reception of the sample of the 18 major dairies in the country that report the price paid to the producer. These companies produce 65% of the domestic volume and are the basis of subsequent publications of the MINAGRI. Register a fall in the production of 13% for the period January to November of 2016 compared to the same period 2015.
