Evolution of local production

Tarro volcando lecheThere is a sample of 18 large dairy companies that process more than 65% of the milk of Argentina, receiving the raw material of 6,300 barrels. This sample is monitored by the Secretary of the Dairy of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Nation. Below we present the evolution of the receipt of milk of the sample, showing a decline of 3.8% in the volume accumulated in the period January to October compared to 2013:

The annual evolution at the national level has the following curve. You can see the sharp drop after the peak of production in 1999 followed by the institutional crisis and the country's economic, then with swings, climbing to the record of 11.339 million litres in the year 2012. We are currently experiencing a decline with respect to that peak, the order of -4%:
