PROPOSALS
1.- DECLARE THE EMERGENCY IN MILK PRODUCTION

5.- EXPORT PROMOTION
– Grant of the maximum refund possible, consistent with the commitments made to the WTO.

6.- MANAGEMENT OF STOCKS
– Offer from the Bank Nation special lines of credit for the financing of the stocks.
7.- STATE PURCHASES
– Anticipate from the State in the purchase of milk powder for Plans of Social Assistance.
